Guardian Media Group has appointed Amber de Botton as Chief Communications Officer

De Botton will take this position up on the 24th June. A former journalist, de Botton served as head of UK news at ITV News before entering Downing Street as communications director in October 2022 for Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak.
