Global Strategic Alliance
We are delighted to build on the success of our existing Asia Pacific affiliation with the announcement of a strategic alliance with US based PLBsearch, founded by leading head-hunter Pepper Binner, to form a new global network.
Alongside our existing Asia affiliate, Andrews Partnership, the three independent search firms will form a unified global network of executive recruiters dedicated exclusively to international corporate affairs and investor relations executive search.
Operating across multiple geographies from hub offices in London, Hong Kong, Washington and San Francisco, our global partnership will provide multinational clients with the best corporate affairs and investor relations leadership talent worldwide regardless of geography. Each business will retain its own name and identity within their respective markets but as part of a new international alliance.
In Europe, Broome Yasar Partnership has grown rapidly since its establishment in 2013 with successfully completed corporate affairs and investor relations leadership mandates for Vodafone, easyJet, Capita, Inmarsat, Burberry, British Land, Hays, Fidelity, Allianz, Ahold Delhaize and Saint Gobain amongst others. As part of a new global network, our firm will be able to provide our European clients even greater access to international talent and our Europe based candidates further global opportunities in the US and Asia.
Andrews Partnership, the Asia Pacific arm of our network, operates across the region from headquarters in Hong Kong. Led by Katrina Andrews, the first and only recruitment professional to be listed in PR Week’s global ‘Power Book 500’, the firm has already successfully partnered with us on a number of global searches to secure cross border leadership talent.
With headquarters in Washington, DC, and affiliates on the West Coast, PLBsearch joins as the third partner, ensuring a truly global perspective. With an equally specialist focus on corporate affairs and investor relations across the US, the expanded network ensures an in-depth knowledge and expertise to secure talent locally but also the ability to access international capability as part of a global team.

Oskar established the partnership after nine years at VMA Group where as a board director and managing director of VMA International he helped build a global network and established its executive search and investor relations practice.
Before transitioning into executive recruitment, Oskar was a senior consultant at Citigate Dewe Rogerson where he advised on a significant number of transactions and IPOs including the £9bn pan-European IPO of Orange and E.ON's acquisition of Powergen.
David specialises in the successful appointment of senior corporate and internal communications professionals and regularly leads industry forums for senior communicators to aid community building across the communications profession.
Pepper has a widespread reputation as a true expert in the fields of communications and IR. She is active in industry trade organisations including the National Investor Relations Institute, International Association of Business Communicators and Washington Women in PR.

Her intimate involvement with high-level recruitment has made her a key figure in the growth of Asia’s communications industry in recent years, as she has partnered with businesses across the region to match the right senior talent to the right organisational cultures.
Previously, Katrina spent seven years as APAC managing director at Melcrum, global specialists in internal communications research.
