Broome Yasar & IR Society –
Future Leaders in IR Report and Survey
Covid-19 has proven to us all the ever greater prominence and importance of investor relations. As part of our continued efforts to bring together our IR community is these extraordinary times, we will be launching a new and ground-breaking study focused on the ‘Rising Stars in IR’.
In partnership with the UK IR Society, the report will assess in detail the aspirations of today’s ambitious IR professionals, as well as their background, responsibilities and remuneration. This latest report is our third in a series of studies following the publication of ‘From IR to Business Leadership’ https://bit.ly/2xfUqUO and “From IR to NED” https://bit.ly/3aPvNw1.
We would like to invite all ‘rising star’ IROs to complete a short and confidential survey to help our profession better understand IR career trajectories. It only takes a maximum of three minutes. please click onto this link to complete the confidential short survey https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/KT3PKRQ
The virtual launch of the findings, sponsored by Orient Capital and in association with the IR Society, will include a high profile panel including Paul Venables, CFO of Hays; David Walker, Chairman of the IR Society and Director of IR at British Land; Ann Hyams, Head of IR at Fever Tree as well as two other ‘Rising Stars’. Each will share their experience of what it takes to be an outstanding IRO. Broome Yasar’s Oskar Yasar will also share his unique insight into what makes a great IR candidate having helped appoint nearly 400 senior IROs over the past 15 years.
If you would like to register for the launch in advance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org – we will be confirming a date soon.
